SERVSAFE Workshop – Food Safety Certification

COST: $250 per person (The cost covers all testing, study materials, the certificate, and all mailing costs.)
Rich Felsher of H&H Purchasing Services will be conducting the ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification Review and Exam at the Pre- Conference Workshops at the ACA Conference in Atlantic City on Wednesday March 12, 2008. This ServSafe certificate is good for five years.
Many states require ServSafe Training as at least a minimum requirement of food service managers. The ServSafe Program provides the resources to help keep food safety as an essential ingredient in every meal. ServSafe Training is the one commitment to food safety implementation that we should all share every day.
The class will include a review and test. Study materials will be mailed to you prior to the conference to prepare for the exam. It is highly recommended that the material be studied before the course.
Pre-registration is required to facilitate the ordering of exams, certificates, and study materials. Please register by Friday February 29, 2008 to avoid “Rush” fees as required by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
